Are you certified kosher?

Yes, we are! We are certified by RCC kosher supervision.

Our facility is a meat facility. All production is made on meat utensils.

Do you accomodate for allergies?

A: We are NOT a nut-free facility. For all other allergy questions, please contact us directly at the bottom of this page.

Local Delivery (90035 and 15 mile radius)

Q. How much is the delivery fee?

A. Delivery fee is $20 within 4 mile radius of BHK (9213 W. Pico Blvd).

Orders outside 4 mile radius will be charged $4 for each additional mile up to 15 mile radius. For orders over 15 miles please select "Shipping" option.

Delivery fee will be waived automatically for orders over $499 (or $20 towards shipping).

Q. But I live 16 miles away, right outside your "local Delivery" zone. Will i need to select and pay for "Shipping option?

A. We tried to include the valley in our "Local Delivery" radius. If you are in the valley and outside our "local delivery" radius, please contact us.

Q. When should I expect my delivery?

A. You will be able to select Delivery date during checkout.

-1st days delivery:

Thursday April/10th, 9am-1pm

-2nd days delivery:

Thursday April/17th, 9am-1pm

If you do not receive your order by 1 pm please contact us.

Order deadline for local delivery:

Friday, April/4th, 7 pm PST

Shipping (Nationwide)

We offer nationwide shipping! 

Nationwide shipping is for deliveries outside our store's 15-mile radius. For delivery within 90035 and 15-mile radius see "Local Delivery" tab. 

We ship Priority Overnight in our insulated custom boxes with dry ice. 

We have two sizes of insulated boxes, both boxes are a fixed flat rate. 

  • Small box, $85 flat rate, fits equivalent to 3 9x13 pans. 
  • Large box, $150 flat rate, fits equivalent to 8 9x13 pans. 

The system will automatically charge you at checkout for the right box(s) based on your cart's products weight and dimensions.*

(Pesach starts evening of Saturday, April/12th) 

Order deadline for nationwide shipping:

*If a smaller/cheaper box(s) is needed while packing we will refund you the difference. If a bigger box is needed, you will not be charged.

Can I order separately for the Second Days?

Yes! we offer pickup, local delivery, and shipping dates prior to both the First and Second Days. If you would like to separate your order, please place 2 separate orders and choose your dates at checkout accordingly.

Can I reorder on Chol Hamoed for second days?

We strongly recommend placing your order for the second days before our order deadline on Friday, April 4th, at 2pm.

However, if you find yourself needing additional items during Pesach, we encourage you to visit our store, Beverly Hills Kosher, located at 9213 W. Pico Blvd. We will have a variety of items available on our shelves, until supplies last, and please keep in mind that it's first come, first served.

Additionally, we will reopen online orders for pickup and local delivery for the second days on the first day of Chol Hamoed (Tuesday, April 15) until 7pm only, but availability will be limited.

We will not be accepting new orders for nationwide shipping during Pesach, please place your orders before our deadline of Friday, April 4th at 2pm accordingly.

Can I pick up without pre-ordering?

While we strongly recommend placing an online order, we will have select items available for takeout at:

Items are limited. First come, first serve.

When is the order deadline?

How do I heat my meals?

A: All foods are fully cooked and just need to be heated and served.

Foods that require heating will be in oven-safe packaging.

Labels will contain heating instructions.

Returns & Cancellations

Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours if placed before Apr/1st. After that time, we have a zero cancellation policy. If there are extreme circumstances we will consider on a case-by-case basis and consult with a Rav as needed, and a restocking fee of 50% of the order may apply.

Order Changes: Amendments to your Pesach order will be allowed up until 48 hours after you place your order, if placed before April/1st. After that time, you may call or email us to request your preferred changes which we will consider on a case-by-case basis.

Returns/Refunds: Customer is responsible to check their order for any errors upon arrival. We will not be responsible for any errors after 24 hours of receipt. No exceptions.
